What if my flight is late?
We track it and adjust. Your 30-minute grace starts when the flight reaches the gate.
What happens after the grace period?
Wait time is billed in 15-minute increments: $30 for sedans and SUVs, $50 for Sprinters.
Can I book a ride for tonight?
Often, yes. Call dispatch at (843) 810-0107, live 24/7, and they will check availability and quote your ride while you’re on the phone. For sedans and SUVs we suggest booking 2+ days ahead, and 7+ days for Sprinters.
Is my online booking confirmed right away?
Online bookings are requests. Our team confirms each one, usually within an hour. You’ll hear from us by text and email.
Do you serve private aviation?
Yes, at CHS, Charleston Executive (JZI) and private FBOs. Your grace starts at your scheduled pickup time.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Every price we show includes gratuity for your chauffeur.
