The business fleet

Dispatch, 24/7

A live dispatcher answers at any hour for flight changes, last-minute trips and the meeting that runs long. They can quote and book point-to-point and hourly rides on the spot.

Groups and events

Conferences, offsites and team dinners go to our reservations team, who plan the schedule with you. Buses and any trip of $1,000 or more are booked with a contract and retainer.

  • Booked 30 or more days out: a 50% retainer, with the balance due 30 days before your trip.
  • Booked within 30 days: paid in full (100%) when you book.
  • The retainer holds your time slot. Cancelling or significantly changing it forfeits the retainer.

Plan ahead: Sprinters 7+ days, weekend motorcoaches 3+ months.
