Where are we taking you?

We track your flight. If it lands late, we adjust. Your 30-minute grace starts when the plane reaches the gate.

Your chauffeur stays with you, and stops go in any order. Minimums vary by day and vehicle; we confirm yours with the ride.

Contracts, retainers and payment

Contract trips

Vintage vehicles, any bus, and any trip of $1,000 or more are booked with a contract and a retainer.

  • Booked 30 or more days out: a 50% retainer, with the balance due 30 days before your trip.
  • Booked within 30 days: paid in full (100%) when you book.
  • The retainer holds your time slot. Cancelling or significantly changing it forfeits the retainer.

A major credit card is required on file for every booking. If another payment hasn’t arrived by its deadline, or 24 hours before your trip if that comes first, the card is charged. We don’t take cash. Every price we show includes gratuity. Questions? Call (843) 810-0107.

No. Online bookings are requests. Our team confirms each one, usually within an hour. Dispatch watches requests around the clock, and you’ll hear from us by text and email.

When is my card charged?

Your card is saved with your request and only charged once our team confirms your ride. Card payments add 4% processing.

Which trips need a contract?

Vintage vehicles, any bus (including the party bus and motorcoaches), and any trip of $1,000 or more. Send your plan, and our reservations team follows up with a quote, a contract and a retainer.

Can I book a ride for tonight?

Often, yes. Call dispatch at (843) 810-0107, live 24/7. They can quote and book point-to-point and hourly rides on the spot.

Can I pay another way?

Contract trips can be paid by card (4%), ACH (1.5%), Venmo within 24 hours or check within 7 days. A card is required on file for every booking, and we don’t take cash.

Is gratuity included?

Yes. Every price we show includes gratuity for your chauffeur.
