Venue questions
How many shuttles will our venue need?
Plan on one vintage bus or motorcoach per 50 guests. For more than 150, we combine vehicles or run loops between the hotels and the venue.
How far ahead should we book for a Saturday?
For spring and fall Saturdays, our vintage buses often book 6–12 months ahead, and weekend motorcoaches 3+ months.
Don’t see your venue?
We very likely go there. Send us your plan with the venue name and our reservations team will work out the route and timing.
